1. Who we are

WiFi Combat Academy (“WCA”, “we”) operates the Summer AI Bootcamp 2026 registration system (“BSS”). We are the data controller for the personal data you provide through this registration form.

2. What data we collect

• Full name, email address, phone number
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Country of residence (to determine payment region)
• Programme selected
• For applicants under 18: guardian full name, email address, and phone number
• IP address at the time of consent (retained for up to 30 days, then erased)
• Consent timestamp and notice version (retained for the duration of your registration record)

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We process your data to administer your bootcamp registration. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (running the programme) and, where required, your consent. For applicants under 18 the guardian's consent is also collected.

We do not collect payment card details on this platform.

4. How long we keep your data

• Unverified registrations — deleted after 30 days if you do not click the verification link.
• IP address — erased 30 days after your registration, regardless of status.
• Verified registrations — retained for 3 years after the bootcamp ends for programme administration, then deleted.

5. Who we share your data with

• Resend — transactional email (verification and confirmation messages only).
• Railway — database hosting (EU/US region).
• Vercel — frontend hosting.
• Cloudflare — bot-protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare processes a challenge token; your form data is never sent to Cloudflare.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@wificombatacademy.com with “Data request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

The registration system does not set analytics or tracking cookies. A session token may be set by Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection only.

8. Changes to this notice

If we make material changes we will update the version tag at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify affected registrants by email.
